IHOP Dish Machine Operators (DMO) will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining dishware/utensils for the continued smooth operation of the restaurant. IHOP DMO’s will also perform assigned sanitation and housekeeping tasks. Must have good communication skills and work well with others. This position requires you to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift, be able to lift at least and/or move up to 25 pounds, and have full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks, and are required to perform duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by acting supervisor, following governmental and company policies. A Shift Leader is an hourly paid position that supports salaried management in daily, basic administrative, and operational responsibilities in the restaurant. Responsible to deliver on Passionate Hospitality, maintaining standards as outlined by IHOP, ensuring excellence in all food handling and sanitation, and following all policies and procedures as outlined by the company. This position requires ability to stand, walk, ambulate for up to 8 hours in a shift and perform other tasks as assigned. This is not an all inclusive job description.
